We continue to serve because...
Military Sexual Trauma is not rare.
It is not isolated.
And it remains profoundly mishandled across systems meant to protect our military enlisted.
For decades, service members who reported sexual assault or abuse were ignored, discredited, retaliated against, or quietly pushed out; leaving survivors silenced, their trauma undocumented, and their access to care and earned benefits disrupted across both the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Unjustly Served exists to change that; systemically and nationally.
We are a veteran-led, survivor-centered (status pending) nonprofit advancing three integrated pillars of reform designed to close long-standing gaps in accountability, care, and access.
Leadership
Our leadership is defined by a shared commitment to provide support and advocacy to military sexual trauma survivors. Our board and executive team are a vital part of our team; they are advocates, community builders, and visionaries dedicated to creating a lasting impact. We lead with transparency and empathy, ensuring that every initiative we undertake stays true to our founding goal: to ensure transparent MST investigations. Together, we are working to build a better future for our military servicemembers and first responders.

More than testimony.
A collective cry for justice.
Unjustly Served is a groundbreaking anthology that pulls back the curtain on one of the military's most devastating secrets. In these raw, unfiltered accounts, survivors of Military Sexual Trauma—both women and men—share their stories of betrayal, retaliation, and survival.

From rape and harassment to cover-ups and dishonorable discharges, this book reveals the true cost of silence: broken families, lost careers, and lives cut short. But mostly, it is about resilience.
Every $10 donation gifts a book to a veteran facing MST.
